House Rules
We hope you have a wonderful and relaxing stay. To ensure all guests
enjoy the property, please take note of the following house rules.
House Rules
- No smoking inside. Smoking outdoors only — please use the ashtrays provided.
- No parties, events, or loud music. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00.
- Only guests included in your booking may stay overnight.
- Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made
Caring for the Property
- Please treat the house and its contents with care.
- Report any breakages or damage as soon as possible.
- Switch off lights and fans when leaving the property.
- Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave
Kitchen
- Wash and put away dishes before departure.
- Remove all food from the fridge and cupboards when checking out.
Braai Area
- Ensure the braai/fire is completely extinguished after use.
- Do not dispose of hot ashes in the bins
Waste & Safety
- Place all rubbish in the bins provided.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the property and its facilities.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Lost Property
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. We’ll gladly return items found – courier costs are for the guest’s account.
